About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. As a key member of our Field Support team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate all Field Support maintenance activities, including customs clearance and communication with customers/CAMO
  • Prepare and finalize Field Support offers, including SAP administration and open Work Orders
  • Coordinate spare parts and logistics with various stakeholders
  • Monitor internal and external KPIs related to Field Support maintenance activities
Requirements
  • Firm understanding of aircraft maintenance practices and processes (EASA Part-145/CAMO)
  • Good SAP and MS Office knowledge
  • Advanced English skills, both spoken and written
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Above-average commitment, with willingness to work flexible hours, including outside office hours (on-call service)
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
