Process Excellence Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Excellence Intern to join our team at Labcorp. As a Process Excellence Intern, you will have the opportunity to support meaningful assignments that are inspiring and valuable in our mission to improve health and improve lives across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and/or support a process improvement project that supports the business goals and customer satisfaction requirements
- Work across various functions with process owner and subject matter experts to deliver a key process improvement initiative
- Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your business acumen and professional presence
- Develop and communicate a business case to support recommendations for change to processes
- Develop and demonstrate project management skills
- You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party
- Proficiency in French and English
- Working towards a degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or any other related field
- Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
- Embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership
