Internal Auditor

We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at LGT Capital Partners. As a key member of our internal audit team, you will be responsible for planning and conducting internal audits across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal audit plans to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Review and assess the design and operation of internal control systems, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with management to discuss audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide support to business units in optimizing processes and structures, and implementing project initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent specialized education;
  • CPA, CIA, CFA or CAIA degree advantageous;
  • At least 3 years of audit experience in the financial industry, ideally in the regulatory environment of an asset manager;
  • Good communication skills in German and English expected;
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to work independently;
  • A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
