Chief Financial Officer

ALSO Holding AG is a leading company in the ICT industry, connecting customers and suppliers from around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team in Emmen, Switzerland.

• Manage a team of accountants and ensure the timely completion of financial tasks and projects.
• Prepare and submit CIT statements, VAT returns, and other financial reports in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including control institutions, tax administration, and auditors.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize accounting operations and ensure compliance with IFRS and Polish Accounting Act.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and effective communication.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably as a Team Leader or Chief Accountant.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of current regulations in accounting, VAT, and CIT taxes.
• Proficient in English language and SAP accounting system.
• Strong MS skills, especially Excel, and experience with start-to-finish accounting processes.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage a team effectively.
