The Role
The role involves providing support to the Construction Team on all Quantity Surveying functions, ensuring compliance with contract obligations and providing advice and monitoring of same. This includes identifying potential commercial risks and reporting promptly to management.
- Manage subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations and final account.
- Compile monthly progress applications and ensure they are inclusive of accurate remeasure, site variations, dayworks or claims.
- Reviewing and commercial management of all projects, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
Requirements
- A relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying is essential.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience post-qualification in a big onsite environment.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Previous experience of managing team ideal.
