At EF World Journeys, we're passionate about empowering travelers to explore the world. As an Operations Trainee, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our travelers have an exceptional on-tour experience. You'll collaborate closely with our Production and Transportation Specialists to prepare and execute tours, securing bookings with business partners and settling accounts with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Production and Transportation Specialists with daily tasks, including supplier confirmations and updates.
  • Secure bookings with business partners and settle accounts with suppliers.
  • Research and identify potential new business partners.
  • Follow up on quality control actions confirmed by Production and Transportation Specialists.
  • Offer on-tour support to Tour Directors and business partners.
  • Collaborate with our Market Development team to improve logistics and develop itineraries.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • University degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and a quick learner with proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Enjoys working with numbers and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Similar work experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze and question processes, thinking outside the box to improve them.
