Global Payroll Specialist

Cross-functional collaboration is key in this role, working closely with TLM Administrators, Payroll Vendors, and Global Compliance & Audit Leads to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and work with the Global Payroll Process Lead to implement changes.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with the Global Compliance & Audit Lead to provide support during internal/external audits and ensure timely completion of finance, compliance, and audit reporting.
- Policy Review: Regularly review payroll policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Accounting.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll management, with exposure to taxation, audit, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
