Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement omnichannel customer engagement strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Operations Lead.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Lead to create and execute omnichannel customer engagement plans aligned with brand strategy and local tactical priorities, including defining target audiences, content creation, and channel mix.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications).
- Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience working with WordPress VIP and managing multiple websites and landing pages.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating newsletters based on existing templates, and developing non-template-based content.
- Expertise in various channels, touchpoints, and media.
- Tech-savvy with strong IT skills.
- Demonstrable experience in areas such as SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Creativity in identifying target audiences and developing engaging digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Understanding of modern marketing tools and experience in content creation.
- Willingness to innovate and explore new approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; preferably also in French and/or Italian
