Job Description
">The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Nutrition NPTC Leadership Team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This position involves providing administrative support to at least two members of the leadership team, ensuring proper documentation, calendar management, and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Calendar and schedule management for at least two members of the NPTC Nutrition Leadership Team">
- Ensure proper documentation including taking minutes of meetings, tracking and follow-up actions, as well as document management">
- Ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration, especially with assistants in Vevey, Konolfingen, & other NPTC units">
- Lead the organization of major events and meetings for the Leadership team">
- Maintain SharePoint and intranet updated and prepare content">
- Proofread and enhance presentations and documents">
- Onboard new employees and facilitate communication for newcomers">
- Provide ad hoc support for audits and tasks">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

- Higher commercial school education">
- Established experience as an Administrative Assistant within a matrix & international organization">
- At ease working with internal digital tools">
- Highly organized with strong attention to details">
- Proactive and problem-solving approach">
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams">
- Fluent in German & English is mandatory, French is a plus">

Estimated Salary
">The estimated salary for this position is CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
