Senior Network Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to join our team as an Enterprise IP Infrastructure Specialist. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.

In this position, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and operating complex networks, ensuring security, scalability, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align network plans with business requirements.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for network expansion and optimization, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure network infrastructure meets business objectives.
• Design network architecture and topologies that meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance network infrastructure.

You will configure and deploy core IP network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and security devices. Perform network upgrades and optimizations to support evolving business needs and enhance network security.

• Proven experience in network planning, design, and operations.
• Strong understanding of IP networking principles, protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), and services.
• Proficiency in network security technologies and practices, including firewalls, VPNs, CGNAT, and encryption.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools, including Wireshark, Librenms, Grafana, Telegraph, Nagios.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting languages, such as Python, Ansible, is a plus.
