Your Mission:

You will lead a global team responsible for delivering IT infrastructure solutions across Data Centers, Servers, Storage & Backup, and Network (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Voice services).

You will drive technical advancements in modern technology practices, security, and architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and integrity of infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a global team to manage IT infrastructure operations & engineering.

Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvements.

Oversee IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

Partner with IT leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business needs.

Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the IT organization.

What You Bring:

10+ years of IT leadership experience in global infrastructure operations.

Expertise in VMware vSphere, Windows & Linux Servers, Storage, and Backup.

Strong understanding of network architecture, security, and cloud networking.

Proven track record in managing global IT teams & vendor relationships.

Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency, automation, and simplification.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English & German (Business level).
