Senior Software Developer

At Nordwand Group, we are seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement modern software solutions based on current tech stacks in the data science environment.
You will be part of a dynamic team of about 60 colleagues who work together to develop innovative and state-of-the-art individual solutions based on Machine Learning in various industries such as MedTech, real estate, healthcare, or the energy sector.
Your tasks will include developing software prototypes and providing solutions in the field of Big Data. You will also take on technical needs as a request engineer, ensuring everything is done from one source.
We believe that you can achieve a lot alone, but even more together. As a Senior Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to take on your own technical projects after an appropriate induction.
To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree in computer science or relevant work experience in software development. You should also have experience in Software Engineering, ideally in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
A strong understanding of Microservices or asynchronous programming is essential, along with initial experience with client-server APIs (REST, OpenAPI, Thrift). Additionally, you should have already implemented projects with Kubernetes, Spark, or Docker.
