Financial Controller

Michael Page - Switzerland is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team in Lausanne. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO in financial modeling, budgeting, and long-term business planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the CFO in financial modeling and budgeting for new projects and innovations
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial information and business insights
• Analyze financial and business performances, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Conduct market studies and analyze market trends to inform business strategies
• Identify investment opportunities and prepare effective communication on results
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance or related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance controlling, preferably in the sports industry
• Advanced proficiency in Office tools and data modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in consulting a plus
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
