The Compliance and Quality Professional will play a key role in ensuring compliance and quality oversight throughout the manufacturing process at Experis Switzerland Neuchatel facility.
About This RoleAs a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for routine GMP activities and improvement projects. You must ensure the quality of information reported within various systems and documentation in line with current guidelines, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
You will participate in GMP zone audits and internal/external regulatory inspections. Your primary objective will be to promote continuous improvement and contribute to related initiatives.
Additionally, you will have to understand and apply company policies, prioritize your own safety, and report potential risks and improvement opportunities to supervisory personnel.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Knowledge of GMP principles and regulatory requirements
