About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Project Leader Travel Retail Europe to join our Travel Retail Department. As a key contributor within the TR team, you will be accountable for building and driving the regional marketing plan to grow our brand across client's portfolio in TR Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Brand Manager in co-building the appropriate GTR Brand tools to ensure excellent brand management over the months.
- Co-develop brand campaigns with MKT regional partners & drive regional adaptations.
- Participate to Brand Media Campaign deployment (selection of locations, assets development...).
- Co-lead Regional Events (TFWA, client's meetings, opening events...).
Requirements:
- +4 years' experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing ideally in the cosmetic industry.
- 1st experience in Travel Retail is mandatory.
- Fluent in French & English.
- Self-organized, proactive with a high level of autonomy & entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong customer centricity mindset and business acumen, results focused.
