Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Intern to support our domestic and cross-border distribution operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Purchase Orders, Entry Sheets, and handling invoice control for national and international transportation.

• Support weekly/monthly tasks, manage accrual bookings, analyze distribution processes for efficiency improvements, and lead distribution projects with guidance and training.
• Deputy Domestic Distribution and ensure timely delivery of products and materials in coordination with carriers.
• Responsible for cost claims, monitoring carrier efficiency, managing transport damage complaints, and supporting budget development and the implementation of new transport routes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Higher education preferred.
• Experience with invoice control and financial booking.
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal), good German skills is an advantage.
• Ability to plan and organize.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in using MS Office applications, and familiarity with Power Bi is an additional advantage.
