About the Position
The Head of GMP and GDP Compliance will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP & GDP regulations. This individual will oversee manufacturing quality, supplier management, and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
The role is based at the global Sobi HQ or in Basel, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of manufacturing quality and adherence to GMP & GDP regulations.
- Leadership of supplier management teams to ensure quality and compliance.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders to foster open communication.
- Implementing quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier quality.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with Quality Agreements.
- Supporting supplier audits and ensuring readiness for Health Authority GMP inspections.
About You
You possess excellent leadership skills, critical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. Your interpersonal and communication skills enable you to influence external suppliers and cross-functional teams effectively.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/degree in life sciences.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical operations, with a focus on quality management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry.
- Excellent knowledge of GMP & GDP regulations.
- Fluent English language skills.
