Supply Chain Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Associate to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing supply chain operations, including inventory management, shipping, and handling GMP items.
Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain operations, including inventory management, shipping, and handling GMP items.
- Collaborate with other teams to support operations.
- Assist with manufacturing prep and automation systems (AGVs, Swisslog).
- Prepare shipping documents and help organize shipments.
- Complete all required department and GXP training.
- Handle GMP requests like QC sampling and update records.
- Pack and ship finished products as per SOPs.
- Receive and process drug substances from manufacturing.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and report issues in the EHS system.
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship in warehouse/logistics.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a GMP environment.
- Understanding of GDP and compliance standards.
- Solid English skills.
- Valid forklift license.
- ADR/IATA certification for handling dangerous goods.
- Proficient in Oracle or other ERP systems.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to strictly follow procedures.
- Subject matter expert in all warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
