About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our development teams based in different regions of the world. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design and develop software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- DevOps: Implement DevOps practices, including CI-CD, cloud, and infrastructure as code.
- Test Strategies: Develop and implement test strategies, including TDD.
- UX Design: Define and implement UX design principles.
- Cloud Applications: Develop and deploy cloud applications using Spring Boot.
- Agile Team Member: Participate in agile team meetings and contribute to the development of software applications.
- Education: HES degree, Computer Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in Spring Boot and cloud applications.
- Skills: Proficient in Java 8, 11, and more, as well as the Spring ecosystem, including Boot, MVC, Security, and Data. Experience with test frameworks, including XUnit, Mockito, and Test NG. Knowledge of Git and its practices, including PR/MR, Code Review, and Git Flow. Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, as well as DevOps practices, including CI-CD, cloud, and docker.
- Language: Fluent in French and English.
