Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Solution Architect Senior eGovernment, der unsere eGovernment Architektur entwickelt und dokumentiert. Als Teil des Fachbereichs eGovernment & Development arbeiten Sie eng mit den Fachbereichen der Departemente und ihren Software-Lieferanten zusammen, um eGovernment Lösungen zu entwickeln und zu verbessern.

Aufgaben

  • Entwickeln und dokumentieren Sie die eGovernment Architektur in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ganzen eGoverment Fachbereich und den Enterprise Architekten.
  • Skizzieren Sie IT-Solution Architekturen auf verschiedenen Leveln und erstellen Sie ein aussagekräftiges Big Picture.
  • Beraten Sie Software-Engineers und Software-Lieferanten, wie Lösungen aufgebaut werden können, damit sie in die gesamtheitliche Solution Architektur passen.
  • Dokumentieren Sie IT-Solution Architekturen nachhaltig und pragmatisch mittels ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) und Technology Radar.
  • Beraten Sie Fachbereiche der Departemente und deren Software-Lieferanten, wie eGovernment Lösungen technisch verwendet werden können.

Voraussetzungen

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als IT-Solution Architekt/in.
  • Technisches Verständnis für moderne IT Lösungen, einschließlich OIDC, Microservices, Kafka, DevSecOps, LDAP, WAF, UML, Entra, TOGAF und C4-Model.
  • Kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik (Uni, FH) oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch.
