Packaging Innovation Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Packaging Innovation team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our packaging innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the packaging innovation team in the development and implementation of new packaging solutions.
  • Assist in the creation of technical drawings, prototypes, and release packaging structures.
  • Perform packaging tests and select and specify packaging materials.
  • Support filling trials and develop secondary packaging for innovations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and 3rd Party Manufacturers to ensure seamless execution of packaging projects.
  • Establish Bill of Materials and enter related packaging information into our SAP system.
  • Work on process optimization and packaging improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Student or Graduate in Packaging Technology, Process Technology, or similar field.
  • First experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
  • Advanced user of MS Office.
  • Good analytical, communication, and organization skills.
  • International mindset, structured, and proactive individual.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own projects/tasks.
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and ideally also German.
