Job Summary
This role involves assisting in the daily administration of trusts and corporate structures. The successful candidate will prepare and process documentation related to trust administration, liaise with internal teams, clients, and external service providers, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Requirements
We seek a recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have internship experience in a financial institution, preferably in an administrative role, in a bank, accountants, or legal office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to work independently and in a team environment is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary. Fluency in English; French is an asset.
