Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Approach People Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer contact, resolving technical issues, and maintaining efficient workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer returns comprehensively, including partner and subsidiary returns.
  • Maintain customer contact via email or phone, requiring proficiency in German, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Perform first-level technical troubleshooting support to resolve issues remotely, working closely with tech support and First Level Coordinators.
  • Enter necessary information into the CRM to ensure smooth workflow and maintain good traceability of records.
  • Assist the Sales team with certain technical requests.
  • Place orders for replacement parts, process billing and shipping orders in the ERP system.
  • Backup loan management in the absence of the responsible person and assist with tasks such as unpacking, disinfecting, and recording devices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual in German or Swiss German, with very good French and English language skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, responsive, flexible, and capable of working efficiently.
