Logmind is a dynamic and innovative start-up company based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The company develops a cloud-based log data analysis platform that automatically detects problems from an organization's application and infrastructure log data, helping IT teams identify and solve technical issues efficiently.

Our team aims to bring this innovative technology and a new approach to the heart of enterprise IT by transforming tedious manual work into a simple automated process.

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial individual with prior experience in enterprise software sales to join our team as a key account sales specialist.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cold calling and outreach efforts to engage prospective customers
  • Scheduling demos and meetings to demonstrate the value of our solution and understand prospect needs
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DECISION-MAKERS AT ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANIZATION (senior to C-level)
  • Managing negotiations and closing contracts
  • Providing after-sales support and regular contact to maximize customer loyalty
  • Maintaining measurable pipeline metrics to meet revenue targets

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of domains such as IT Operations, DevOps, IT Security, or Log Management
  • Technical skills to grasp customer requirements
  • Prior experience in B2B software or SaaS sales
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while pursuing new opportunities
  • A creative, persistent, and positive mindset to achieve objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French and/or Swiss German)

As a full-time position based in Lausanne, Switzerland, you must be eligible to work and live in Switzerland. We offer a competitive salary range of 80,000 - 120,000 CHF per year, depending on your level of experience.
