About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supplier & Material Qualification Senior Specialist to join our BIO Mammalian team for a 6-Month contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and compliant supplier and material qualification process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Supplier and Material Qualification Processes: Design and implement effective processes for supplier and material qualification, aligning with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage Raw Material Suppliers and Qualify Materials: Oversee the management of raw material suppliers and qualify materials used during the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements and Company Standards: Verify that all suppliers and service providers meet the necessary qualifications and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain and Ensure Accuracy of Supplier and Material Data: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of supplier and material data within quality systems such as SAP and TrackWise.
  • Manage Change Notifications and Quality Alerts: Handle change notifications and quality alerts from the Client Network, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Resolving Deviations and Changes: Resolve deviations and changes related to suppliers and materials, adhering to established procedures.
  • Gather and Organize KPIs Linked to Material and Supplier Performance: Gather and organize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material and supplier performance for monthly quality councils.
  • Critical Quality Issue Escalation: Expedite the escalation of critical quality issues related to suppliers or materials, ensuring compliance with GMPs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Service Provider Qualification Support: Assist in activities related to the qualification of service providers, including audits.
  • Material Release in LIMS: Serve as a deputy for material release in LIMS, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Special Usage Decisions: Support special usage decisions of materials, providing expert guidance when needed.
