Your Mission as Strategy Manager

You will lead complex strategic initiatives, influence organizational design, and manage cost control measures to support our group-wide ambitions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving the strategic agenda for the Technology & Operations organization
  • Leading cross-departmental initiatives and formulating strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps
  • Shaping the target operating model to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluating and integrating emerging trends and technologies to ensure innovation
  • Acting as a change agent and promoting the adoption of new methods and practices
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT strategy development, organizational design, and cost management
  • Strong analytical and structured approach, with the ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits
