Wise is looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Crime Manager and Deputy AMLCO to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening the team's relationships with regulators by having a clear overview of our regulatory requirements and how we meet them through our products, processes, and controls.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial crime regulation and experience in designing and challenging processes. You will have ultimate responsibility for maintaining our Swiss regulatory authorisations and ensuring that these remain appropriate for our product offerings and features.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate their expertise in fincrime compliance and has a background in Financial Crime Regulation. If you're passionate about improving current practices and processes, have a drive to apply different compliance strategies, and are a problem-solver, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you'll be accountable for the build and execution of the Sanctions, KYC, Fraud, and Transaction Monitoring processes for Wise Switzerland. You'll also monitor the financial crime risk, develop response plans where needed, and provide technical compliance support across your immediate team and the region.
