About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineer to join our team at Optiml. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying our enterprise-grade SaaS solution.

Our software helps Real Estate Investors & Owners in: data transparency on renovation needs, investment decision-making, asset and portfolio management optimization, and anticipation of regulatory compliance of the entire portfolio.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who can work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop our core API (FastAPI), application logic & workflows.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support & Sales to build our internal tooling (Retool).
  • Own the whole development lifecycle: specs to production implementation.
  • Collaborate with peers on architecture, design and code reviews.

What you need

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred
  • Experience building Python APIs, dashboards, LLM based automations
  • Track record of shipping high quality features fast
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Swiss or EU citizenship
