About the Role

SonarSource SA is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in building, automating, and maintaining our IT infrastructure and security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage SSO authentication, security policies, and configurations for JumpCloud and Active Directory.
  • Monitor and update security authentication tokens and certificates.
  • Develop and maintain deployment, automation, and reporting scripts using Bash and PowerShell.
  • Implement zero-touch deployments of company security applications for endpoint control and VPN connectivity.
  • Configure end-user Windows, MAC, and Linux OS settings via JumpCloud security policies, commands, and scripts.
  • Operate Ubuntu Pro Landscape for OS hardening and updates.
  • Manage CyberArk endpoint security configurations, policies, updates, and reports.
  • Manage FortiClient VPN testing, deployment, updates, and configuration.
  • Perform and automate operational tasks with a DevOps mindset.
  • Document as-is and future state solutions to ensure evergreen documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers to enhance operational resilience, scalability, and observability.
Requirements
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Active Directory Group Policy Objects focused on security, with JumpCloud being a plus.
  • Mastery of Bash and PowerShell, with other scripting languages being a plus.
  • Ability to configure and maintain SSO authentication with different SaaS providers.
  • Hands-on experience with MAC OS mobileconfig policies configuration.
  • System administrator level of Ubuntu OS and Landscape.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and network administration.
  • Good understanding of network security architecture and principles.
  • Familiarity with browser security settings, isolation, and controls.
  • Practitioner of the principle: Test, validate, and document first before deploying to production.
  • Motivated by both technical and functional aspects of services.
  • Experience in supporting production services with good security practices.
  • Trained and believe in leveraging managed services.
  • Friendly, attentive, enthusiastic, and organized team player.
  • Comfortable with agile practices and principles by working in sprints.
  • 3+ years of experience as DevSecOps Engineer or System Administrator.
  • SecDevOps mindset is a must-have.
