Job Description:
As an Off Trade Key Account Manager in Switzerland, you will be responsible for taking care of retail customer accounts. You will report directly to the National Key Account Manager and work closely with him to develop and implement the Swiss Off trade strategy. Your primary objectives include negotiating yearly deals with existing customers, acquiring new customers, setting up annual promo plans, ensuring listings of our portfolio, and monitoring performance against budgets. You will also be responsible for tracking performance versus plan and initiating additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Economics. A minimum of 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience, preferably within FMCG sales, is required. Mandatory languages include German and English, with optional French considered an advantage. You should possess strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Analyzing volumes and performance reports and taking adequate actions with customers is essential. Target-driven individuals with a 'dream big' mindset who are willing to go the extra mile to deliver results are encouraged to apply. Those who take ownership of projects and show flexibility and initiative to achieve goals are ideal candidates. Additionally, you should know how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
