We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laboratory Manager to join our team at InSphero AG.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management, with experience in managing lab infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with the quality management team.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong drive for process optimization and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and lead regular meetings to communicate and coordinate topics related to lab infrastructure and lab operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all QA-relevant lab information.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the quality management team.
  • Train and onboard new lab personnel.

You must have:

  • A degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other Life Sciences.
  • At least 5 years of experience in laboratory management and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, biosafety, and chemical safety regulations.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
