• 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization;
• Strong understanding of end-user technology and Microsoft platforms;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
