Overview of the Role

This role requires a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to delivery at Randstad Digital. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably with expertise in strategic project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Project Governance Structures: Design and implement project governance structures that align with the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring effective risk management, quality control, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide Senior Leadership with Updates and Insights: Regularly update senior leadership on project progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations for course corrections or adjustments to project scope.
  • Ensure Project Deliverables Align with Business Goals: Ensure all project deliverables align with the company's long-term business goals, including cost efficiency, workforce optimization, and technology innovation.
  • Lead Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and structures.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Manage and engage key stakeholders across departments, ensuring that all parts of the organization are aligned and invested in the transformation.
  • Communicate Effectively: Drive clear, consistent communication across the organization, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress and any potential changes.
  • Oversee Financial Tracking: Oversee the financial tracking for the project, ensuring we have an accurate picture of the costs and savings.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks to the project, particularly concerning technology adoption, workforce transitions, and cost management.
  • Implement Proactive Strategies: Implement proactive strategies to resolve issues, manage project risks, and ensure that the project remains on schedule and within scope.
  • Set Performance Metrics: Set clear performance metrics and guide to ensure all team members contribute effectively to the project's success.
  • Foster a Collaborative Environment: Foster a collaborative environment and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
