• Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and wound care.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Must be a licensed Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ with a strong background in healthcare.
