  1. Lead and manage the construction of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.

  3. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, MHRA, and other regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.
  4. Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting collaborative relationships and open communication.
  5. Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, minimizing risk and maximizing productivity.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, making informed decisions that align with business objectives.
  8. Oversee the installation of critical pharmaceutical equipment and infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical knowledge.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP standards, cleanroom construction, and regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical projects, leveraging expertise to drive results and growth.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, inspiring teams and driving collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, adapting to changing circumstances and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), utilizing technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
