- Lead and facilitate technical discussions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept implementations
- Present our services to customers, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice
- Architect and design tailored data solutions to address specific client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role as a Consultant or Solution Advisor
- Strong understanding of data technologies with a proven track record in areas like Data Warehouses, Data Lakehouses based on Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, Data Platform and Data Engineering for on premise as well as cloud solutions
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure) and their data services
- Proficient understanding in data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, big data technologies (e.g. Spark) and data visualization tools (PowerBI)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills combined with a quick understanding of a situation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment where innovation and collaboration are valued
- Fluency in English and German
