Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team at nemensis ag.

About the Role

• Monitor and analyze financial data to optimize resource utilization and drive business growth through strategic analysis and KPI development.
• Collaborate with business partners to achieve Pharma Business Unit budget targets and develop KPIs to enhance financial performance.
• Create and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability, including detailed budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze data from SAP, Power BI, and CubeWare for reporting purposes and conduct monthly reviews with management and business partners.
• Prepare and manage Business Cases, monitor project budgets, and collaborate closely with project managers to ensure alignment with objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or natural medicine sector.
• Proven expertise in finance and project controlling, with strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with financial software, including SAP, Power BI, and Excel, and analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in data preparation and report generation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business partners and project teams.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with problem-solving abilities and flexibility with shifting priorities and deadlines.
