Our specialist receptionist role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our clients, colleagues, and visitors at our headquarters in Pully. Key responsibilities include greeting and supporting customers, colleagues, candidates, and suppliers, as well as managing various reception-related activities.
- Customer Support: Welcoming and supporting customers, colleagues, candidates, or suppliers during office hours, including answering, filtering, and transferring incoming calls to the appropriate colleague in Switzerland.
- Reception Management: Managing activities linked to the reception, including preparing and distributing entry badges, issuing train tickets for employees, managing external parking places for visitors, and ensuring proper dispatching of postal deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Supporting our administrative colleagues during vacation periods, including offering or contract handling, events organized in our HQ, and document archiving.

Your Profile:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working at the reception of large international companies, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- A warm personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Discreet, reliable, proactive, flexible, and a good team player.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written) is a must, with German knowledge being an advantage.
