Communication Marketing Coordinator

The Center of Sustainable Future Mobility (CSFM) is seeking a proactive and engaged team member to support the managing director in developing and enhancing our current palette of marketing and communication activities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management office with online, social media, and marketing activities.
  • Assist with print materials (reports, presentations, brochures).
  • Help improve and maintain the webpage.
  • Maintain the contact database and conduct desktop research as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in website administration and social media activities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other people in a team.

Requirements
  • Enrolled at a Swiss university (e.g., ETH, UZH, ZHAW, ZHdK).
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), desktop publishing software applications such as Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and LaTeX.
  • Fluent in English and German, with experience in editing texts.
  • A flair for effective written communication and marketing, with strong skills in graphic design.
