Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing campaigns for performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients, and leading programmatic best practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- You will devise strategies and turn them into best in class tactics for the advertisers.
- With your knowledge, you will develop a plan that not only advises the most suitable creatives, but also how we effectively reach the target group and efficiently achieve the client's objectives.
- You will analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations you can present clearly to clients.
- Deliver and present work with data-driven insight and analytics both internally and externally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English & German language
- Relevant & proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a knowledge of the Google Stack, Google Ads (Display/Video), Campaign Manager, and GMP; other DSPs (e.g. Adform, Tradedesk, DV360, Amazon DSP) are advantageous.
- Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
- Analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience presenting plans to clients and internal teams.
