About the Role

We are seeking an IT Specialist to support our team in the USA or remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, network administration, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Manage and maintain networks and server systems
  • Analyze business requirements for IT support and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software diagnostics and solutions
  • Experience with network administration and server systems
  • Understanding of business processes and business requirements
  • Ability to develop and implement IT solutions for process optimization
  • Experience in working on and coordinating IT projects
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Fortigate and its peripheral systems
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
  • Salesforce experience at administration/consulting level
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra-ID (IAM) and Azure
