About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our recruiters and recruitment consultants in the Geneva office. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic role that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the first point of contact at the reception, providing a warm welcome to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and update our client and candidate database with accurate and timely information.
  • Update and format CVs for newly registered, existing, and working candidates.
  • Produce various reports on a weekly and monthly basis to help us understand our performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with different teams, answer candidate calls, take messages, and handle queries efficiently.
  • Undertake a variety of other tasks, from diary management to document production, as required.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and very good knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication skills, including over the phone.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritising skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits
