Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sales Manager mit Schwerpunkt Leisure und MICE, um unsere 6 Hotels in der Schweiz zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben
  • Systematische Akquisitionsarbeit für neue Kunden und Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Leisure und MICE
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung aller kundenrelevanten Daten
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Sales-Massnahmen im Rahmen des Sales- und Marketingplans
  • Regelmässige Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes zur Überprüfung und Optimierung der eigenen Qualität
  • Abschluss von Verträgen mit Reiseveranstaltern
  • Erfüllen der jährlich festgelegten, persönlichen Zielsetzung und Zielvereinbarung
  • Einhaltung von Standards
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sales, bevorzugt im Leisure und MICE-Bereich
  • EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office, sowie Erfahrung mit CRM und PMS
  • Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Arbeit in der Hotellerie
