Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sales Manager mit Schwerpunkt Leisure und MICE, um unsere 6 Hotels in der Schweiz zu unterstützen.
Aufgaben- Systematische Akquisitionsarbeit für neue Kunden und Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Leisure und MICE
- Pflege und Aktualisierung aller kundenrelevanten Daten
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Sales-Massnahmen im Rahmen des Sales- und Marketingplans
- Regelmässige Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes zur Überprüfung und Optimierung der eigenen Qualität
- Abschluss von Verträgen mit Reiseveranstaltern
- Erfüllen der jährlich festgelegten, persönlichen Zielsetzung und Zielvereinbarung
- Einhaltung von Standards
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sales, bevorzugt im Leisure und MICE-Bereich
- EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office, sowie Erfahrung mit CRM und PMS
- Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Arbeit in der Hotellerie
- Kultur offen für neue Vorschläge und Vorgesetzte auf Augenhöhe
