We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team as a Vendor Invoicing Specialist. As a key member of our Financial & Analytical Accounting group, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper processing of vendors' invoices, strengthening the effectiveness and security of the vendor invoicing process, and performing the justification of supplier accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendors' invoices, including payment, accounting, and analytical allocation.
- Strengthen the vendor invoicing process by implementing controls and procedures to prevent errors and ensure compliance.
- Perform regular reconciliations of sub-ledger with general accounting balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the team to improve accounting procedures and tools, and implement process improvements.
- Professional degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a financial company.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client-focused attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of standard IT applications, including accounting tools such as Avaloq and SAP S/4.
- Excellent command of French and English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
