About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Operational Design Center in Billerica, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional with experience in drug development and clinical trials operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts, data scientists, and related experts to develop advanced analytics and feasibility capabilities
- Evaluate external competitive landscape assessments to advance clinical trials from study design to operational execution
Requirements
- Advanced degree in science, data science, mathematics or similar required
- At least 10 years of experience in drug development in the pharmaceutical industry
Bonus Points
- Strong knowledge of Phase I - III study design and/or operational feasibility, planning, enrollment scenario modeling, etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, persuade & negotiate
