Job Overview

Skillfinder International seeks a highly skilled Business Finance Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and distribute invoices for accounts receivable.
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements adhering to Swiss Code of Obligations guidelines, including analysis and statistical assessments.
  • Submit VAT declarations periodically, calculate tax provision, and prepare tax returns.
  • Aid in the preparation of annual financial statements following IFRS standards.
  • Support year-end procedures and assist in audit preparations.
  • Generate various financial reports.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties.
Requirements
  • Swiss Federal Diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within an international context.
  • Fluent in English and fluent German preferred.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Swiss GAAP, regulatory requirements, and familiarity with IFRS is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes additional benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional growth.
