Distributor Manager for Hidden Champion in Laboratory Devices Market

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Distributor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for training and empowering our distributors, building and growing relationships, driving performance, scouting and strategizing, and collaborating with our CEO and product management teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and Empowerment
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our distributors' sales teams have in-depth knowledge of our products.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to help our partners succeed.
Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors worldwide.
- Work closely with distributors to set clear sales targets and prioritize key markets.
Performance Driven
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate our distributors.
- Monitor performance and provide solutions to address any challenges.
Scouting and Strategy
- Identify and acquire new distributors while evaluating and replacing underperforming ones.
- Collect market insights and feed them back into our R&D and product teams.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Provide regular updates and insights to our CEO on distributor performance and strategy.
- Coordinate with our product management and technical support teams to ensure our distributors have the necessary resources.
Tech Savvy and Curious
- You have a strong understanding of technical products and a background in science, engineering, or a related field.
Experienced
- You have 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, distributor management, customer relationships, or product management.
Globally Minded
- You are comfortable navigating different cultures and have a global mindset.
Multilingual
- English is a must, and proficiency in other languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or Asian languages is a plus.
