We are looking for a Head of Administrative Services to oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities- Manage master cashflow files for PE Portfolio/Discretionary co-investment portfolios.
- Liaise with fund administrators and prepare capital calls/distributions.
- Responsible for AML/KYC documentation for all portfolios.
- Process private placement hedge fund subscriptions, transfers, and settlements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in middle/back-office management at an Asset Management Firm with Private Equity/Public Market investments and multiple investors.
- Background in accounting/audit, ideally from a "big four" audit firm, with strong Excel and data management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German and French are nice-to-have.
- Swiss citizenship or possession of a Swiss working permit.
