This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead the regional commercial quality function, ensuring compliance, fostering innovative solutions, and elevating quality standards across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation and standardisation of the Commercial Quality network, leveraging expertise to drive strategic growth.
- Develop and inspire a high-performing regional team, fostering collaboration and alignment with global quality goals.
- Proactively address quality risks, ensuring affiliate readiness for regulatory inspections and quality audits.
About You:
- A seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a regulated industry, holding a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus, with fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience with e-document management, CAPA systems, training, and audit tools, as well as strong auditing, root cause analysis, and risk management skills.
