Senior Vice President of Quality and Food Safety

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Quality and Food Safety. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving a culture of quality and excellence across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global quality strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure the effective implementation of quality management systems, including HACCP and allergen programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to our manufacturing sites and distribution centers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
We are looking for a seasoned quality professional with a strong track record of driving quality excellence in a global food industry environment. You will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or food science, and at least 25 years of experience in a quality assurance role. You will also have a certification as an FDA Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) and extensive knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and environmental monitoring.
You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve quality excellence. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities, and be able to make sound decisions that balance quality and business needs.
